Will a character who can defeat MC ever be created ?
To this date there has been no video game character who would be able to kill Master Chief in a battle.
The question is, do you think a video game character will ever come about who has the ability to kill The Chief ? I don't see it happening.

When Echo 419 was killed, and his last ride out of an exploding UNSC ship was gone, a longsword just randomly shows up.
When he's too late to stop the Halo Rings show up, the flood practically carry him to the control room.
When he's at the mercy of a FLOOD GRAVEMIND, the giant plant decides to spare him.
Oh, Goku is gonna fight him? He'll probably get sick at the last second.
Saitama? He'll be bored and go to a sale.
Superman? MC will just find a random krypton thingy lying on the ground and find him sleeping.
His luck saves him EVERY. TIME.

A video game character that could beat him is shedninja or choiced HA ditto. Non video game characters would be anyone from medaka box. That show has like 10 different people who could beat him and it has About 2-4 characters that could defeat the one above all from marvel or any other omnipotent god like character. One of the characters zenkichi is pretty much the bane of all plot armor or luck reliant characters because one of his abilities is to disable the effects of luck, plot armor, destiny, fate, prophecies,legends,ect from a battle
