I was invited during round two last night. I could not do any damage to the shielded flayers it said they were all immune. Was I lagging or is there a way to kill them?

you need to kill the Elemental Flayer that has the Modifier first. If Val has Solar Shield..... Kill the Solar Flayer, Once you kill it you can damage the boss. A notification will display at the lower lest of your screen. Hope that helps

You can only kill the one whose shield the boss has.

One of the psion has an elemental shield...in order to break his shield and then kill him you need to attack with a weapon/super of that exact element.

Not true, it doesn't matter what element you use, whatever element the bosses shield is, you kill that psion

The boss has a shield, arc, solar or void. Whichever element his shield is, you kill the corresponding flayer, then dps the boss
