Good stuff Bungie
Just wanted to drop a post to say a big THANK YOU.
yesterday was the first day in a long time I've been excited for the reset.
I'm a casual player that plays everyday, but I rarely have time longer than a couple of hour at a time to play so never really raid and with the new challenge of elders and grinding them antiquated runes my Destiny play has massively varied for the better, also loving the void walker again.
I love pvp and can't wait for Iron Banner but until then I'll have plenty to keep me entertained.
So again good work fellas and keep up the good work. :-)

I was done with Destiny before the update...the mindless grind with little reward was dragging on me.I almost didn't even check back in for the update,but I was pleasantly surprised. Now I collect bounties again every morning before work(I wake up at 4:30 just to have time) and in the evening I either do heroic strikes for vanguard rep or POE for HOJ rep.The matchmaking on POE was much appreciated. And there are once again people in Court of Oryx more often than not when I swing by.I love to jump in and help out just for fun....got a 322artifact there yesterday(sweet!) For a while C of O was a barren wasteland...tumbleweeds and stuff.

1 RespuestaIf they reversed the ammo nerf, this would actually be a good update. They certainly got some things right. But the ammo nerf was both stupid (it literally solves nothing) and increased the grind (which is what we've been trying to fix). Also, 320 drops for both rank 3 and 5 of Iron Banner is just ludicrous. Another wasted opportunity.
