To entertain the masses, I think that Destiny should have a more "open" free roam. It would have limits of course, but maybe make it a fallout type free roam. What do you think?

4 RespuestasHopefully with Destiny 2 being current gen only, they will be able to expand the planets exploreable area. I find it hard to believe, that only around Russia is the only place on earth to explore. Imagine being able to select areas in different continents.

13 RespuestasI would love to see an option when You go on patrol you can choose a difficulty, if they had an option called PVPpatrol, it would be a rip off of the darkzone but I've always wanted to have PvP fights on the earth patrol

Opening up the closed mission areas would be a start, And having random vex stargate transporter thingys dotted about that could warp you to explorable crucible maps, and join groups of crucible maps together to make larger areas.

1 RespuestaNo, just because you make a map bigger doesn't make it better, you need actual content within that huge map to make it work or you might as well be wandering around emptiness. So, those of you who want this, what cost effective, Activision way are you going to fit Skyrim content into Destiny, because it's easier said than done.

Make it so missions/strikes/etc can be started from patrol. As a transmat zone to each area with beacons (or at least 1-2 more per planet) Use transmats as fast travel Put one-way transmat in places like Nexus Mind room or Alak Hul's cell to get out

1 RespuestaMore planets. I wanna see the European dead zone. I wanna set foot on europa, and Africa. I wanna travel to alpha centauri. I wanna set up a base on the north pole. More locales, more places, more planets and space.

People don't use patrol as is. Highly underrated

3 RespuestasIt would either make or break the game depending how it is implemented they would need to make sure the free roam had enough to do in it and wasnt just a pretty landscape division made that big mistake massive city with nothing to do endgame (other than repetitive dailies) once all the missions and encounters were done. The Enemy spawns in destiny need to be random its too easy to predict what enemies are where currently, random patrols with the occasional randomly generated ultras with a squad of major guards would be epic and break up the monotony. Imagine a walker crossing the mothyards (actually mobile) with a dozen or so major captains marching alongside for example.
