You can't avoid the avada kedavra curse there is no way to and it works in every universe

He can phase through it. He can phase through Arvada kavavra. He can also wait for it to be cast and just hide behind wall. Not really difficult

Hiding behind a wall has worked in both the books and movies. Voldemort used it on Harry right after getting resurrected but he hid behind one of the graves. There was like a whole paragraph where Harry was like "oh shit, dis is real"

Dumbledore has also done it and many others. Dumbledore does block it with statues in the Ministry, blocking killing curses. During every major battle scene from book 5 onwards, the Death Eaters make extensive use of Avada Kedavra. It, like any spell, can be blocked by physical objects (though it doesn't seem to be stopped by magical shields), it can be dodged, and (as we see in the climax of book 4) it can be struck by other spells. Book 4's climax was, admittedly, a special case, but it does demonstrate that the Killing Curse can be affected by other magic (at least Harry's magic).

yeah I know the harry potter universe seems to break its original rule which is that there is no way to block it .but according to its rules not how it played out in the books there is no counter or way to dodge it

Ya, but it can't go through solid objects. Nothing in the rules stated that you can't avoid it that way

True but then the flash has no way of attacking because he needs a solid object to fully cover him

The flash can accelerate and decelerate instantly. Also he needs to say the spell or move his wand. The flash would have ended the fight before that happened
