I've been reading a lot of your arguments. One thing you arent taking into account is that the Flash can't maintain his most over powered state for large amounts of time. It would kill him. If he went for prolonged amounts of time the speedforce would just absorb him.

That is a weakness introduced in Nu52 not full power pc flash. This flash is full power and doesn't have that weakness
-
So then that means any other full-powered no weakness characters are legal. Gold Superman 1,000,000 etc. Which means any of them are stalemates.
-
Superman prime has no place in vs debates due to NLF and in this particular debate says no reality warping
-
Flash in his prime practically reality warps.
-
Never said he didn't
-
The difference is full power flash isn't a reality warper. S1mp is multiverse buster with a single thought. As long as they don't reality warp, they're allowed.
-
Isnt fully powered flash a reality warper? Resetting the universe sounds like a reality warp. Especially if it's faster than a thought. He's practically omniscient.
-
A reality warper would be able to make anything emaginable happen before they even think about it. No matter who it is flash would lose, so it isn't really fun.
-
Flash at the speed you're describing is moving faster than the fastest brain neuron can fire. Hundreds if not thousands of times faster. Moving at that speed he could KO before they thought of erasing him. He's basically a reality warper in his full-powered state, so reality warpers should be legal. Also, by "fun" you only mean instances where flash can actually win.
-
No reality warpers typically have the ability to not be limited to neurons but by there perception, which is generally unlimited. Also it's no fun if 90 percent of comments are thanos with infinity gauntlet. Which they would be if it was allowed.
-
Reality warping and omniscience are different.
-
Since this debaye. Me and another commenter agreed upon the new rule for who shouldn't be allowed to compete. I'm just going to copy and paste it here
Yah i would say eliminate anything that has no defined limits such as s1mp or one above all, can use powers to instantly win,(by this i mean instakill opponent or delete target from universe or destroys targets soul.) or has anyone who has omnianything(unlimited anything) Note the flash should not be considered omnipresent because he can only be in one place at once. Even if reality increases his mass distorts time there is still technically one of him
-
You say they aren't allowed to insta-kill but flash is faster than instantaneous. That's an instakiller right there.
-
Not in that sense, but instant to the killer, the flash appears instant to others, but to him he is running at a normal speed and actually doing things. By the insta kill thing it means that the killer puts 0 effort into it.
-
Flash wouldn't need much effort with how amped up the speed force makes him. "Never gets tired" sounds like it will take zero effort
-
Is it instant from his perspective, no. Therefore it's not instant, in the sense of the rule. 0 effort as in there was literally nothing that the killer did that killed the victim, yet he is dead from his hands. For example thanos with infinity gauntlet, he killed around half a billion universes without doing anything.
