More flinch to snipers.
I personally think that when people are being shot while aiming in with a sniper should flinch so they have more difficulty aiming at their target, so hardscopers don't have such an advantage over long distance battle. Bungie should change this so Trials or Crucible all together would be a better experience for people who are not as trashy.

Every time I get shot my dude gets all fkd up but I do notice a lot of people don't flinch at all.I call shinadagins.

It would certainly help make snipers not so dominant in PVP.

Or, flinch moves the center if the scope instead of shaking the crosshairs
