Dende? Also he can phase through physical attacks and nuclear attacks. The full power flash is stupidly rediculous. It got to the point where he was faster than instantaneous travel and once lapped himself, like wut?

Dende is the ultimate source of death. If you even see it, you die. Also cancer could probably kill flash. Or maybe even juvenile diabetes.

Only by having to restart the whole universe. If he had to restart the universe then he essentially lost just because the situation got that bad where he was forced to do something that drastic. Basically you could say he lost if he had to do something like that. But it also depends on what you consider to be a loss. You may think it a win yourself, which is fine. But the way I'm seeing it, he must have been losing the battle if he had to go that far. I wanna read some flash now, been some time since I've read comics
