I'm pretty sure it's a bug. When this happens can you also no go anywhere because it's waiting for "party stabilization"?

Yeah I posted in the bugs forum and got a few people saying the same thing. Hopefully it will get attention. Thinking I'll move it to the #Destiny forum instead to get more reads.
