I know what they say now but during the reveal stream it was 1 per character. I got people on my friends list who got 3 on Tuesday plus 1 for lvl 41 and another for weekly crucible, that's why I asked the question.

I know... It's not fair either. We had to wait for ours, and we only get one from postmaster. :/
