Look at that... Spindle and 1k yard damage is almost the same.... Must have spindle my ass

I always used my 1k anyway. Faster fire rate, and way faster reload if you get bumped and miss a shot or time the stagger wrong.

My 1k Stare has spray and play so unless you are hitting every precision shot with the spindle than my 1K put performs spindle.

Hitting precisions shots on a boss simply isn't difficult

You're right it's not that hard but how many times have you just missed one shot or hit a body shot so you had to do a painstakingly long reload?

Spindle hits noticeably harder and doesn't have to reload. OP measured in Damage Per Shot not Damage Per Second. Spindle doesn't have to reload thus allowing it to deal more boss damage in a shorter amount of time despite the slower Rate of Fire.

Yeah but dont forget a 1kys can shoot around 5 bullets where spindle shoots 3. I still prefer spindle just for the easy ammo instead of popping heavy.

Except clown cartridge doesn't roll on year 2 snipers (I believe) and the recent sniper changes require more damage per shot due to a lack of ammo.

It's casket mag now, my 1ks has it and triple tap. I can get off 7 shots with critical hits.

The old vendor 1kys was proven to out dps spindle with sniper loaders. No need for clown cartridge.

Hmm, didn't know that. Yet, the vendor thousand yard isn't obtainable anymore while the Spindle still is. Not everyone has the chance to get it anymore.

I got an Eirene with Clown Cartridge.

You're right, I've actually had one myself a long time ago. Either way, it's a gunsmith weapon with set rolls each week. It's not a guarantee you'll ever actually get clown cartridge and triple tap.
