I'm wondering what others think cause Titans are supposed to be the tank class with more health and move slower but they're the opposite. Now hunters are supposed to be the fast class but less health but again, they ain't the fastest.
Not only that but Titans are more agile with the likes of twilight garrison and the raw fact that Titans can float higher and further and the only thing hunters jumps have going for it is the fact that they can dodge easier cause they stay in the air for the least amount of time.
Now, I specify every category cause I sometimes use a bladedancer, max out the agility, get MIDA, get bones and controlled jump so I get the fastest possible acceleration. Now, I get the fastest acceleration definetely but not the fastest speed. It's very comparable to Titan skating but not as fast.
Now, is this fair? The agile, fast class is shined down on by the class what's supposed to be the exact opposite? The one supposed to be the most mobile, fastest and so on is replaced by the only character who shouldn't be any of those things? Have your say but I firmly disagree with this for obvious reasons. Hell, there's probably even Titans who agree. And if you claim to main the hunter and say everything's alright, you're a dirty liar. It's don't want to be harassed or you don't main hunter.
I ain't asking for a nerf to Titans in any way but more of a buff to hunters cause they should run faster, jump faster, jump higher and further, have more manoeuvrability, walk speed and more cause all agility covers is walk speed. So maybe 20%+ boost to each? Maybe a little less but hey, I'm just giving bungie suggestions and a balanced argument, my reasons to support my idea and what could be done. So shoot me for not being like "BUNGIE! HUNTERS GO TO SLOW! TITANS NEED A NERF OR MAKE HUNTER FASTER OR IM GUNNA QUIT!!!"
Thanks for reading.

I honestly think they should be equal in speed. And this is coming from a warlock. :)
-
Sounds good as long as titans get +20% armor and warlocks +20% recovery
-
The only thing about that, is that titans in the air are so predictable. They can't dodge squat unless they have twilight garrison. Hunters, on the other hand, can choose the height and depths of their jumps, 2-3 times in a single jump, if they so please. Maybe not as "agile", but they have alot better maneuverability imo
-
It does make sense. Heres how the classes should work Hunter: faster Titan: more resistant to damage Warlock: Better air control (maybe)
-
Normal hunter jump should get the momentum of having better control, and if you pick better control you should get slightly more then it gives now.

11 RespuestasEditado por Cosmic Zaa: 4/16/2016 4:03:26 AMTitans are front lines. Stats are best on titans. Hunters are agile (react easier) and great with their weapons. Warlocks are perfect for abilities. That's their actual class set up. That's how they are and should remain.
-
2 RespuestasThe thing is- Titans have more momentum. When they get going, they're something akin to a charging rhino. Twilight Garrison aside, it's pretty hard to make a sharp turn during that. Hunters may not be as fast in a straight line, but their jumps allow for greater turning ability.
-
Really? Running? This game is burning to the ground. So sad :(
-
1 RespuestaI think so. But in exchange titans should have more amor and hunters should have the least
-
I thought i have seen it all but now someone is complaining about running in this game.
-
A change like that would make the game more unbalanced.
-
Once again another hunter crying about something..this is getting old. Smh
-
Dafq you crying about?? There's more crap in this game that people should be concerned with, now "he's faster than me it's not fair". Get over it.

2 RespuestasAgility is a matter of speed on foot. This allows us a few benefits. We're faster when sprinting and not sprinting. We strafe better Also, our jumps do allow better dodges and were not as easily tracked in the air. So while they can boost through the air in their jet pack, it isn't easily implemented into dodging supers and chaining into shotgun sprees. Titan skating is more a method of travel and while it grants titans great speed, it isn't as easy to apply to getting kills as you would think.
-
Agree. Titans should only get a vertical jetpack!
-
If you take their speed away, there really isn't that much to like about the class, I think, personally. The Titans get repeatedly screwed over in terms of perks. For example, the Striker has about as much dynamic neutral game as a 2x4. Shoulder charge and... Lightning grenades with Armamentarium? I played a Titan as my one class for all of year one and when I tried out Hunters in year 2... Dang... Gunslinger is a class done right. The issue I have is that playing a Titan is like playing Halo 3 against other players who are playing Titanfall, if that makes any sense.
-
2 RespuestasFrom a Hunter: Titans can go forward at a helluva quick speed, logically by putting forth all of their weight. Hunters are more agile, with better evasion and maneuvering.
-
Speed isn't everything. The crucible isn't a foot race.
-
Yes! I want the speed that made me pick hunter
-
1 RespuestaEditado por Wolfy: 4/16/2016 6:44:47 PMTitan still isnt about speed, but about aerial gameplay. Greatest jump, skating, garrison, bellicose, superman fist of havoc perk, etc. Armor and air game for titans, abilities and recovery for warlocks, ground speed/ agility and well, Im not sure the other thing for hunters other than manipulation like invisibility and whatnot. If a hunter could add that would be cool but I don't disagree hunters should have "something" but just arguing titans seem to dominate the airfield

16 RespuestasIt's pretty retarded that as a Hunter with max agility I can't outrun a Titan. In PvP those brainless shoulder-charging meatheads always manage to punt me right in the ass even after I had a sizeable headstart.
-
Agility is different than speed. An otter is more agile that a rhino but it isn't going to outrun it.
-
Titan skating should be patched
-
Think of it this way, speed is based more off of muscle strength than actual agility, so in a testing of raw ability i.e. jumping higher running faster etc it wpuld make sense that the titan was faster... however! In a practical test like a obstical course where you have to dodge duck dip dove dodge pivot slide crawl etc just having the speed wpnt cut it, your going to need that innate agility this is where the hunters excell at, even with increased control and TG a titan would be hard pressed to keep up with a hunter on that kind of course

3 RespuestasSimple fix Every double jump is made triple, and every triple jump is made quadruple, and bones of Eao make it quadruple and pentuple
-
Agility =/= speed
