Now sit here young child, allow me to tell you a story.
For those who liked hammers, although patched were the spammers, a frame had been found, who made spamming compound. Spams upon spams, not giving damns. Who was this frame? Whose screams make you freeze? Why it's Valkyr of course, everyone agrees! With all that paralysis they'll be on dialysis, and you'll be able to shove your burning hatred directly into their souls. But as a sunbreaker knows, you have to be tanky, so I reply to you frankly, with hysteria active, you're literally invincible. But why even bother, when you can be stronger, with over 1000 armor to spare. And so you see children...
...Valkyr is extremely balanced and not at all OP.

How about that rework too, duration slows energy drain over time. Hysteria now lasts even longer :p
