Whether it be now or with next DLC, its safe to say 'midnight exigent status = still in progress' is going to get finished just like Ikelos (probably before the new threat/DLC, as in now.) Midnight Exigent has to get completed sometime. There is also a hidden room under the Rasputin bunker in the Seraphim Vault (Omnigul fight area) that has been seen but nobody knows how to get in there or what it is for, most likely it is a part of the incomplete Sleeper Simulant upgrade through new Dvalin Relics. GO GET THOSE RELICS!

If you've completed building your sleeper, but are finding these again, please share where you're finding them, who you're turning them into, and what happens or what's said when you do. Very curious about this...I believed there'd be more to the sleeper based on the description of the gun. I hope so!

I got one of these ones too. Though, I am not sure if it is a glitch or not. I have already attained the Sleeper Simulant on all three characters, and gotten all original four Dvalin Relics on all three, yet my Titan got the RAS93-FR002 yesterday.
