Constant 'errors' unlike most games you don't normally have this issue but with destiny it happens quite often.

Almost everything you do is peer to peer matchmaking with a server confirming things. I very rarely get errors so this is probably do to your connection to the servers or the peers you were playing with, you can't fix that unless you buy faster Internet
