27 RespuestasThat would be an interesting PoE idea. Halfway through, variks says his usual "Kill or be killed" line, but no HVT comes out. All you see is your fire team members suddenly gain the PVP health bar.

1 RespuestaSort of... I played the Malok strike without any spoilers. During the boss fight, after Malok changed tactics, a message popped up saying one of the members of my fireteam was taken. I panicked. 10 seconds later, I facepalmed.

The worst is when you get taken into the shade with a sliver of health, and you just trying to kill the shade and keep an eye for thralls coming in . . . And mistake your raid buddy for a thrall and shit yourself.

If the gear is not noticeably different from what the NPCs wear, they could use chroma to color the white part so you would stand out.

3 RespuestasThey should add a mechanic to a raid or something where one member of the fireteam gets "taken" and is forced to try to kill the other members while the untaken teammates have to do something like stagger the boss to break its grip on the taken guardian. Im not entirely sure how it'd actually work in practice but its just a cool theory i thought of

Ditto. When they twitch I get creeped out or try to shoot them by total accident. Force of habit to kill taken.

I was shooting at the Taken in the Blighted Chalice strike and several shots went right at a teammate who was way up in front of me fighting the Taken up close. So several shots hit him in the back on accident just cause he looked the same as everything else. Plus kept jumping in front of me. lol

What would be really funny is if you go in wearing regular armor, then switch to the taken armor behind a rock or something and get up close behind your teammate.

I have been shot at in POE 41 when it wasn't Taken and I got chased around the dreadnought by a guy who must've wanted to charge his Argonanth rune. I admit to loving this.
