Did the raid yesterday & jumped from 320 all the way up to 326 after which I decrypted my exotic engrams (dropped 328 - 331) which boosted my Warlock up to 329, Titan 326 & hunter 322. My raid loot: 330 Primary, 327 Special, 333 Ghost, 329 Helmet, 333 Gauntlets, 325 Class item. [spoiler]I've only been playing for approx. 5 hours since the update.[/spoiler]
