Speaking from experience, nothing I did worked. These campaigns don't do anything, because at the end of the day, pieces of shit are always going to be that way. They just don't care, that's why teaching not to murder doesn't work either, because sure, maybe you'll stop some misguided kids, but the [i]real[/i] bullies won't change

As long as there is a way to identify someone they can be changed. A blanket bullying campaign that is telling groups about things is not always the most effective. Of course they probably don't have the people and funds to one on one stuff.

I never said they grow up to be murderers, but look at chavs, scum of the street, it's people like them that don't change, nothing schools do stops them, some are reformed on those summer camps and such, I believe that's a real method. I'm not talking about primary school bullies, I'm talking about people who [i]know[/i] what they're doing, and do it for the kick
