I've been trying to decide, hell i even thought about flipping a coin but both games look great and i plan on getting both a some point just dont know which one to get first. So i wanted to get my fellow gamers opinion on it, to help understand what kind of RPG player i am; I personally put Dragon's Dogma over Skyrim ( but slightly) and PSO ( if you're old enough to remember this game).

1 RespuestaDefinitely ESO. Sure, ESO is not what people wanted.. it's not the online version of Skyrim... but it's still a million miles ahead of The Division. I said from the beta The Division was weak, weak story, weak mechanics, and an entry rpg built for weak players that sit on CoD all day, & that it would get stale after a month. I know that most people on my list that were playing it have long since abandoned it, while the ESO guys I used to play with are still there loving it. ESO just has tonnes more longevity,a far more interesting world and actually takes some form of skill to play.

1 RespuestaJust depends on what you like. If you like more of a pure rpg then eso is for you. If you're more into tactical 3rd person stuff with rpg elements then I'd say the division. I personally couldn't get into eso like I thought I would but I've had a lot of fun with the division

3 RespuestasESO is VERY boring, I'd say Division.
-
Elder Scrolls, Division gets boring fast
-
1 RespuestaESO has literally over a thousand quests, dungeons, arenas and pvp. Division has dark zone

1 RespuestaI say get them both whenever you can. I own both granted I haven't played much of eso but I had fun with what I played. As long as you have fun with the fame, that's all that matters. Now, if Dragon's Dogma Online ever hits the west... I'd be on that almost all the time. Same with PSO2.

3 RespuestasGet division you will get up to speed quickly and be able to experience the content as it comes out. ESO will be there later
-
Elder Scrolls Online. The game is fun, has a lot of content, and you won't easily get bored. Plus there is all the new DLC content like the thieves guild.

5 RespuestasESO actually had me playing a lot longer than the division ever could. I was always wanting to do something in ESO. There's an abundance of content and dungeons to do.

3 RespuestasEditado por T RANGER 1994: 4/11/2016 6:29:35 PMNeither, both get boring after 2 weeks. If you like rpgs get Witcher 3 To elaborate on my opinion of the games. ESO got boring once I hit vet rank 4, the grind was getting really bad plus you start to get under leveled by two vet ranks. Area on map goes from vet 4 -> vet 6 plus you need friends to play or it will get boring. Division was possible the worst game I've played in two years, if you haven't started playing yet there's no point in picking it up. There was this glitch that allowed ppl to farm this boss in about 15 second spans letting them to max out their characters with the best gear, my meaning is DZ is completely unbalanced at lvl 30 area. Witcher 3: My first play through on Witcher 3 took about 60 hours I believe and I skipped about 80% of the side missions toward the end of the game. I'm starting my second play through and plan on doing a 100% run. Imo Division and ESO aren't worth the money unless they are on sale and your friends plan on getting it and playing it.

1 RespuestaThough both games are fun I prefer eso because there are more things to do. Division has main story missions and then it's just a straight grind. In eso there are so many places to explore and countless quests to do. But don't expect the best solo or pve experience like you get from most RPGs because it's an mmo. Once you level up all the way, the pvp in eso can be super fun when you're op. Same for the division but I just think eso has much more content and I prefer its gameplay.

11 RespuestasDivision, I have both and haven't played eso in awhile. Got stale for me

1 RespuestaEditado por sasukeyr: 4/11/2016 3:45:30 PMI play both. I would personally say eso is better because it has a LOT of stuff to do in it. The division I got to max level in about 2 days but I've been playing eso since last summer and still not max. I noticed down below you said you like being a tank? In eso tanks are in demand so it should be pretty easy to find people to play with.

5 RespuestasI play both, what are your typical gaming preferences?
