It probably doesn't include the vex...bungie put that in a category by itself.

We will see. I have been using it a bit lately to get familiar with its recoil and range again. It is not reliable over medium or longer range, if that recoil reduction is universal then Vex and Sleeper are both getting a major reduction to their recoil. See you in the crucible.
