Doctrine of passing
I'm so glad it's finally gonna get the nerf that it needs. No complaints, just my opinion.

I don't understand why it has no flinch when a mida hits it. I have one with good perks and it is a bit overpowered IMO. I don't use it because I play long to medium range not close to medium.

Yes. The doctrine was ridiculously op. A literal bullet hose with insane damage. I'm glad slow rate of fire weapons are finally getting some love.

Instead of just adding something to one side of the equation to balance it they took stuff away on the other side to still leave it unbalanced. The should have left the fast rate of fire alone and buffed the rest. I'm calling it now. Suros regime exotic is going to be the next weapon that everyone bitches about.
