The vendor Not Like The Others is a hidden gem
It has the perfect roll for a PVE scout rifle. All perks that when stacked together can dish out more damage than the usual scout rifle.
Check it out on my Warlock.
Crowd Control, Explosive Rounds, Reactive Reload.
All these perks increase damage in some way.
I'm gonna collect numbers sooner or later.

20 RespuestasFun fact: Explosive rounds reduce your critical hit damage in order to have the missing damage apply as area of effect damage. I have two IB scout rifles, one with Crowd Control, Underdog, and Explosive rounds, and the other is the one you could buy from him a few weeks ago. When using explosive rounds, my damage drops from 73 crit to the head to 56, it is now a 4 shot kill at all ranges because of explosive rounds, but can not three shot. However, when Crowd Control is active it can three shot head shot kill at 64 per head shot. It is not a chart, but some small information for you to work with.

Not in the same archetype as Cocytus, Jade Rabbit, Colovance's Duty, Gheleon's Demise, Badger CCL etc yet much comparison for some odd reason. It falls in the Mida, VoC, Fang archetype. Edit: Not Like the Others falls within the Boolean Gemini, Tlaloc, Voc & Fang archetype of 37/48. Mida is a 42/38.

It's good roll for sure. I just have never liked the way that particular gun feels. Nothing concrete but it just feels clunky to me personally.

My best lower lvl scout rifle is on my Titan. Zero Point LOTP. Rolled with triple tap, explosive rounds(or snapshot for PvP), and hidden hand
