CONTEXT : I made a post about broken exotics in a few strikes, and broken majors in another. It was very articulate, with proper grammar. For some reason, every lost their minds, and now this thread has been thumbed-down into the trash. As such, I've decided to take school to session for all you "Year 2" Guardians. Class is now in session. 1.) Omnigul used to be an ultra. You used to be able to get random exotics from her in Year 1. Especially on the NightFall. In the very start of Year 2, she was also an Ultra. However, between farming glitches, and death exploits, she was NERFED. As of now, there is absolutely no way to get an exotic from her, even on Nightfalls, even on the Hardest Strike difficulty. You Year 2 students can now slap yourselves. 2.) Flayers used to drop random exotics during Nightfalls in Year 1. They have never dropped random exotics just for being ultras. However, they did count on the Ultra Bounties. In Year 2, even on Nightfalls, and the highest possible Strike Difficulty, they do not drop exotics. 3.)Undying Mind was a PS exclusive in Year 1. It was the hardest strike, and for a while, the only piece of content that "CANONLY" took place AFTER the Vanilla Universe. It is infamous for the near-unlimited amount of majors that storm the final staircase leading to the boss. Infinite glimmer/bounties/experience should be possible here, similar to the VOG Gatekeeper Checkpoint, but, the majors in this section count for ... NOTHING!! My only guess is that they pose too much LOOT BOOTY if they "counted" for anything. They are just cannon fodder. You get no XP, no GLIMMER, no BOUNTY CHECKS for them. It's ridiculous.
