After all of this time not playing Destiny, I still held out some small modicum of hope.
After the last of the Streams yesterday, I deleted Destiny in it's entirety from my Xbox last night.
This is simply too much. They're obviously trying to destroy the game, and fully ruin the impeccable reputation that Bungie once commanded.
Especially once DeeJ (that -blam!-ing d-bag elitist shitstain...) referred to Community Feedback as "anecdotal", meaning that they (Bungie) finally and openly admitted that everything on these Forums means dick to Bungie.
Hey, DeeJ (you -blam!-ing tool): It's not "anecdotal" if we're making posts based off of what we experience in your goddamn game!!!
And for those who might want to just say I'm hating on DeeJ for the sake of spreading hatred; that "anecdotal" comment also applies to comments/Feedback in favor of Bungie and changes they've made.
There's a whole host of other games whose Development teams actually appreciate their players. Why anyone is sticking with Bungie at this point is beyond me.
Especially since their arrogance is at such a level (they went past Ivory Tower and upgraded to an Ivory Skyscraper...), that shortly after outright shitting on their players Feedback (positive and negative) they then had the gall and arrogance to try to lure people out to the next convention that Bungie is attending...
How anyone could still play this game, especially now that Bungie has told everyone (even their supporters) that their players don't mean shit to them... this is a whole newly discovered level of consumer abuse.
-blam!- you Bungie.
-blam!- your Destiny.
-blam!- DeeJ, Wisnewski, and Luke Smith.
I would upload a video of me pissing on the Bungie logo, but that's apparently not allowed...
Vampire Nox, out.
A very well written additional thought from N7riseSSJ:
For anyone interested in the definition of anecdotal, here it is;
(of an account) not necessarily true or reliable, because based on personal accounts rather than facts or research.
So if DeeJ thinks that all the posts we write on here are not based on facts and research, how would one go about actually doing that? How would we go about looking into the physical coding of the game, the information about dev time and tweaking, without actually having access to those things that he wants us to base our posts on apparently? We have no way to do that, so guess what we do DeeJ? We observe the game we're playing to gather our own facts you -blam!-ing asshole.
Of course our opinions are personal, but they're also factual based on our in-game observations. We do research by playing the damn game you gave us. And on top of all that, why would you have a -blam!-ing forum with a -blam!-ing feedback section of you didn't want our -blam!-ing opinions?
Seriously anyone who supports Bungie still is a naive fool. I think you did right by deleting it. Although I still want to check out POE and see what the -blam!- they decided to screw us over with this time (also I like glowing things), my time to be done with this game is coming very soon. These -blam!-ers don't give a shit about us.
47 RespuestasI uninstalled last night as well. While I am super pissed off at Deej for telling us our opinion means -blam!- all to Bungie I must admit there is a sense of relief I now know I can completely write off Destiny. Thanks Deej, you unsold me on the 10 year project.
