A player on my team that already has the collectors edition shader and exotic mark is not able to use or equip them and says requires collectors edition. She had them on 2 weeks ago and now it says she can't use then on her hunter. Mine seems to be fine and no problems. Sad thing is that she has the disc in the PS4. Where I have the digital copy. I spent several days trying to find a way to contact player support without writing an article and very disappointed that I can't find a simple email or phone number to tech support for a game that is supposed to be player focused.

Does she own a Collector's Edition? If so, she should try restoring licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 It should be noted that the CE items can be granted, if you sign in on someone's console and that someone owns a CE - even if you yourself don't own the CE. However, a license to use the items is still required, so when you return to your home console without the CE, the items will be unusable. If this is her case, the only way to use the items, would be to purchase a CE or a CE upgrade.

2 Respuestasthese forums are how you contact them, and as yours is fine and hers is the problem would she not be the one advised to post looking for help? did she have collectors edition on ps3 and then upgrade by any chance?
