I'm done, i've had it, i give up, I QUIT. This game does nothing but frustrate me in pvp. i can't get a single match that isn't super sweaty or that i get absolutely crushed (i seriously cannot remember the last time i got to mercy rule my opponent but i can sure as hell remember a bunch of times i've been mercy ruled). So i'm done, no trials, no daily crucible, no weekly crucible, no crucible quests, no crucible bounties, no iron banner, NO PVP. Which basically means that i've just quit the game because i'm not likely to continue playing for long after the new poe drops cause at least in the stream the challenge of the elders didn't look quite so challenging to me, i have no more reason to farm for the best rolls because weapon rolls don't matter much in pve (i've probably got all i need already).

2 RespuestasDont play pvp until the update. Sounds like a lot things thats messing up pvp right now is getting fixed. Peraonally my biggest problem was how the enemy team would revive each other fast and everyone would get a an overshield. I lose matches in trials to this cheap tactic everytime.

1 RespuestaI only play Iron Banner. I stopped playing regular Crucible a long time ago. The rewards just weren't worth it to me. I might play some after the 12th to see how it plays and see if the rewards are good.

1 RespuestaDon't give up man. It's really difficult but just practice a little bit each time. You will get better each day. I've been trying to do the same.

I only read the title and this is my response:
k
Umm ok, so you only want to play against noobs? You better buy only brand new games then and only play them for a month until the player base is good at them.
-
Ok not to be a prick but as the saying goes only the strong survive If you can't handle it then just avoid it.

5 RespuestasEditado por StormStoopid: 4/9/2016 8:43:56 AMThis games pvp is so -blam!-ing terrible. The person with the bigger -blam!-ing cheap ass gear will always be the -blam!-ing winner. Try playing trials against a -blam!-ing team with 3 Doctrines. There's is no such thing as winning. It's literally impossible. The -blam!-ing retards over at Bungie do not have the -blam!-ing slightest idea of what OP means.

After the december fiasco, I decided to give up on Trials and trying to get my kd up in line with my skill. #1 - Connections went to shit entirely and it became a gamble for people that are not in the %1 #2 - I just got fed up with having a better kd in my team vs the other team just spamming revives, going negative and still winning #3 - Thorn and TLW became the only options for "competitive" 3v3 so I even gave up on that, and I had just started meeting people from that scene When the special ammo nerf was introduced and people started using Ice Breaker and sidearms to cheat in regular 3v3, I gave up on that as well. Now, after the April update I will try out Trials and 3v3 playlists to see if it changed. Good thing I already have both Trials emblems so I could take a break without missing anything :)
I like emblems, sue me :)
2 RespuestasMan just try changing up play styles a bit. If you rush things and get wrecked, then maybe try the mid to long range game. While not completely balanced, this is the most balanced I've seen pvp in quite a while. Just about all gun types are viable. ARs have great choices like doctrine of passing, hakkons hatchet, even the gunsmith special armanius d. Pluse rifle in all categories are strong red death, juju, Hawksaw and even gunsmith weapons like SUROS pdx 45 I believe. Hand cannons have tlw(which is getting nerfed) hawkmoon(getting buffed) along with imago loop, and eysluna. Scouts have mida and hung jury(the one you can buy from dead orbit is killer). Shotguns and snipers have great options fusion rifles have started to see action again, in heavy category you can make just about anything work. The heavies seem to be about the most balanced slot in my opinion. Believe me when I say this, and I'm no pvp God, I've been shot and killed by many more different guns in past month than the 6 months previous. Also, try different game types. Rift not your game? Play clash. Skirmish not your game type? Play salvage. Have you looked through your subclasses to see what options would benefit you? Some go into crucible sporting a PvE build subclass wise and they get owned....hard! Do the same with your armor. Look for perks that would benefit subclass you use. Like on my hunter I choose bladedancer, I run a decent roll hawksaw, usually my IB helm, gloves that have pulse rifle loader, my chest is CoAL with Intel roll and arc armor(increased armor for running arc subclass IE: bladedancer.) although the taruntella chest looks good as well. Boots that hold more ammo for favored heavy. You just have to play around, see what works for you. There Is a counter for everything don't let the game get ya down

Good for you

1 RespuestaPvP is like Games For Windows Live. Poorly made, laggy, never fixed, and goes out of its way to ruin other aspects of your gaming.
-
1 RespuestaWhy? If you do bad you get the best rewards
-
1 RespuestaWatch out the 4-5 members of the competitive community will becoming for you.

5 RespuestasDestiny crucible is the most rage inducing player verses player multiplayer to ever exist
-
3 RespuestasThe problem is the whining and nerfs. I believe if the game was untouched and ppl knew how to play PvP like they do now, they would absolutely WRECK shit. Everything was OP. Supers, guns, melees. Except for titan. He always had T-Rex arms until a recent patch.
-
On the 12th you will see some players return but at this point its like an old Cod only people who really play are left for the most part
-
I quit the pvp of this game a long time ago. The game is RNG based, there should be op weapons. So op that the whining that has been done so far would pale in comparison. If you want a fare fight, go play cod.
-
So you're mad you play against better players and get rekt?
-
Why? Op has a kd of 1?
-
TLDR- he is quitting pvp (the rest of the post is just dribble)
-
All us casuals have left for other games ATM. Don't worry though I and I'm sure many others will be back on the 12th
-
Good bye
