So I'm in Denver...
For a few days. What should I do?
Update:
First day there:
Ate amazing food at the Chop Shop
Shopped at the open air mall downtown
Had dinner and beer at the original Rock Bottom brewery (okay)
Had beers at the Wynkoop brewery (good)
Had beers at the Falling Rock (great)
Had beers and played video games at 1 Up (really fun)
Had late night snacks at Tom's Urban (the fried pickles were awesome)
Day two:
Picked up rental car - 2016 Subaru Crosstrek (wooooooo!)
Just dropped $160 at the Odell brewery on beer and merch after a sweet tour.
New Belgium for some samples
Tacos and amazing chocolate horchata at Dam Good Tacos in Fort Collins
Shopping on College Ave in Fort Collins
Equinox Brewing for a small beer (not bad at all)
Got pizza at Fat Joe's (apparently they were on the Food Network, not bad)
Day three:
Extended our rental car time to go to Boulder
Hit the Boulder Farmers Market and bought some local stuff
Shopping at the Pearl Street outdoor mall
Lunch at Mountain Sun Brewing (always delicious food!)
Caught a Rockies game and watched them get crushed 16-3
Went back to the Falling Rock (one of the best beer bars in Denver)
Went back to the Wynkoop for more beer and dessert
Day four:
Woke up fairly hungover
Bussed to downtown and took pics of the Capitol building and sculptures around the Denver Art Museum
Lunch at Torchy's Tacos (These were the BEST tacos I've ever had when I visited Austin last year and they just randomly opened a new store in Denver. Try them if you ever have the opportunity)

2 RespuestasI got home from Denver just this Monday There is some named glacier in the mountains. Go there. Long hike but it was worth it Zip lining There is a real nice town up in the mountains and it also gives you a place to go tubing/sled/ski/snow boarding Oh and you should definitely try eating at grimaldis
