What's stupid is it's basically doomed to suck because they keep nerfing back-and-forth the lower and higher RoF archetypes. So basically the gun is garbage and becomes gold, or is gold and becomes trash. Worst -blam!-ing Exotic ever, for PvE or PvP. Tlaloc is arguably great for both or at least just PvP, and of course Ace of Spades is good for PvE. But Fabian has to be the retarded gun. "Wait for enemy to make a mistake," which pretty much says flat-out "By the way this gun is absolute -blam!-ing garbage, don't use it unless you 1.) Want the handicap or 2.)
