So they BUFFED res sniping?
They LOWERED the overshield on respawn?
What the ever loving frack?
Edit: Ok, I get it. It's a penalty for being a dufus and dying out in the open, and having a dopey teammate who res's you while a sniper is hardscoping you.

Are you saying that you should NOT be punished for being resurrected while some dude has a Sniper Rifle pointed right at your body? Dying is not a trivial thing in 3v3 game modes. It's a detriment and it should not be easy to turn the tables.

Since the res timers takes longer and requires a closer proximity, your teammates will be out in the open for longer and will probably get domed before they can pick you up. If anything, they nerfed res sniping. They're forcing players to secure an area before going for the res, now.

It should mean you don't HAVE to use 1k yard stare. Other snipers will one shot and with the extra time to revive even primaries can be used.

They didn't buff res sniping. They nerfed ressing. Yes, there's a difference.

1 RespuestaYeah I'm on the fence about that. You have to be close for res. They slowed down the res time for exotics. Increased the respawn times in rounds. Overshield is weaker. Snipers zoom in more with a slight Nerf to handling. No ammo cheeses. Less total reserve ammo. Honestly we'll have to play for ourselves. Overall I'm satisfied with the information they've released these past couple weeks.

By lowering the strength of the Rez shield, lower impact snipers can Rez snipe. So mod RoF mid impact snipers and (maybe????) high RoF low impact snipers are still a competitive option in endgame pvp like trials n such.

Now all they need to do is add more counter options vs snipers. Currently not many.

It promotes communication. If a sniper is scoping a ghost he can't do much else so it's a 2v2. If he leaves to help, communicate and get the res when it's safe.

Bear in mind they changed the draw time from hip to scope so itll give more opportunities to res and escape.
