Because standing in a spot forever waiting for someone to come around the corridor is bad play. In control you're not contributing and you're only going to get shot in the back. There is a reason why you see a lot of 1KYS' in a game but only get killed by a few of them. A run and gun sniper is a lot better than a camper.
EDIT: Should have said infinitely better.

I suck with snipers and I don't have a problem with people using them however they want. Everybody just complains about every gun they get killed with. If everyone just played the game and adapted we would all be better off.

I completely agree. I don't have a problem with playing against hard scopes. I think they should try taking they're skills on the road is all. Hey it helps my k\d so who an I to complain.
