the perks differs from gun to gun on each order.. this post that I do every week are suggestions on what to pick up.. I suggest pick up the PDX-41.. it's a hard hitting pulse rifle if it has good perks..

Ok so today I go get the order I got from him last week which is a heavy weapon and then I get the order for the pulse rifle? I'm sorry I'm a noob. I just play PvP but I never do quests or anything in the tower
