If there's anyone still playing this game who doesn't already have ttk I'll be amazed. It's free for 99.9999999% of the player base. That one guy who still plays destiny but doesn't own ttk deserves no new content.

That actually is a lot of people at lv34 without dlc and I see new players constantly. What you are stating is observation bias. A random guess it would be 60% own ttk 40% do not. Might actually be more. An I think is the real reason behind Destiny 2 delays and various behaviour of Bungie. They have the stats and they know people are buying into the game and not getting the dlc or getting the dlc shortly after reaching lv34 max. An they are like hold on let milk this a while longer.

So why should anyone that only bought the base game be getting free expansions this far down the line? Clearly if you're paid up on expansions then this is for you, if you're not, you got what you paid for and won't be getting anything else.
