It is that takes some practice to get used, but my god is it frustrating to play against, like I know how to do it pretty well but I tend to avoid to unless im doing PvE or if someone else is doing it to me. I imagine it's a bigger issue on the upper end of SBMM. Aside from that I think nightstalker shouldn't get nerfed, unless they're planning to nerf sunsinger as well, since both those subclasses are about even against each other.
