Do you realize that the difference between 11k and 22k electronics is 2x? Do you realize that it is not hard, at all to get 20k + electronics? If you have double-powered skills, you can greatly benefit your entire squad with buffs every 30 seconds or so. As opposed to squeezing out a little more e-peen just for yourself and saying "F you" to the people you play with. 4 people with a twice-as-strong pulse / Smart Cover / support station >>>> one dude with a little extra DPS. In all seriousness, kidding aside: backpacks and masks allow you to roll + skill power without sacrificing very much at all. You might lose a mod slot or like 16% crit damage to get it. Literally can add 11k skill power for very little compromise on your hp or damage. If you're thinking about being a support person for incursions and stuff, even 20k skill power isn't gonna cut it. We can't all be the DPS hero. There are different skill trees for a reason. And damn, that sticky made and turret hit hard with >30k skill power. Just saying. You're welcome :)
