I still don't understand why people complain about this gun...
I remember back in Year 1, everyone was saying that the bullet hose archetype of Auto Rifles will never become the slightest bit competitive.
And look at now, everyone is complaining about one! XD
Tbh, all guns in this meta can be countered by just having a touch more skill than the person shooting at you. I've been loving the Hand Cannon and Telesto combo lately.

I remember too, I didn't care about the bullet hoses... Swore them off after the first auto nerf... Got one today, and it f n shreds, I couldn't believe it... It's like putting your thump over the end of the bullet hose...
