2 people have very very little chance of going flawless on there own. Mtassed and hush couldn't do it, but I'm sure you could solo 9 wins, but most wouldn't get all 9 wins as a 2 man. He must have helped, players can be very useful when there dead if they have good comms. The kills he did get could have been the round winners you don't know.
