Never skip leg day T_T

Ive had to skip everything for almost a year because of a massive back surgery. It sucks to not be able to do anything. At least ive managed to keep my weight the same but my muscle tone is -blam!-ed lol. First day back in is going to hurt.

I like doing legs more than anything else

I did for a while, mostly because my gym buddy never wanted to do it.
