Hawkmoon and Mida Multi Tool
I think that Mida and Hawkmoon should be de buffed because Mida three shots u and the Hawkmoon three shots u or two shots u

Hawkmoon was already nerfed... Also, as pointed out, it can only two shot if it's perk activates. 13 shots, one 3 can be a luck in the chamber. A fourth of a chance your shot will be luck in the chamber and even lower that two shots will be luck. Add in missing etc cause no one has perfect aim, Hawkmoon is fine. I see far more The Last Word than I do Hawkmoon in any playlist.

The MIDA was never buffed.... Everything else was Nerfed.... Getting shot in the head three times should kill you.
