[b][i]ANYONE WHO IS SAYING HIDDEN HAND, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM!!![/i][/b] as a perk, I can tell you that you are better off with other perks but Hidden Hand does not do enough for me to call it good perk. For me I like Ambush Scope and also Army of One is nice because since snipers can one shot it will proc often and unassisted kills aren't very hard to get. Ambush is a personal preference and Snapshot is nice as well for my playstyle, but really middle tier perks are up to you and between the Longview/Ambush/Shortgaze scopes it's all personal preference.
For actual perks i would say Unflinching, Army of One, Outlaw, and Life Support are your best options.

I picked up the rank 2 Eirene RR4 this week, and it's just brilliant, good scope, performance bonus, snapshot, injection mould, clown cartridge and mulligan, I go with snapshot, and clown cartridge. Hidden hand is a worthless perk aim assist isn't that strong if you're good.

I picked that up. Haven't had chance to use it yet. Got a total of 3 Eirene's now with different rolls.
