Why is thorn good again.. tired of burning to death and can't do anything about it

After you're shot twice move to cover you won't die. I haven't been killed by the thorn since last July

1 RespuestaThorn is good because of posts like this. You wanted it nerfed. It got nerfed. You wanted better ADS for hand cannons since they were unusable. You got the ads fix. Hand cannons in turn got slightly better and became some what viable again. You wanted more nerfs. You got more nerfs. Now everything is at the same place it was last year. Nerfs brought all weapons down to thorn level. Now thorn is good because nothing is better. This is a revolving issue because of constant nerfs. It's always a matter of time until everything gets nerfed so bad that the stuff that was OP is as nerfed as the stuff that wasn't OP until the nerf to OP things. TLDR: stop asking for nerfs. It's your fault.

8 RespuestasThorn took a 50% nerf on the dot damage. It used to be 7 dmg a tic... now it's 3 damage a tic. Get over it.

Thorn was always good, just like most of the other weapons out there. The problem came from a lot of people giving it up after the nerf, and I reckon not so many people even tried to use it after the nerf. I think people are just realizing that the nerf didn't destroy it.

5 RespuestasNope now that its not two shot its no longer in any way OP. If you stay in sight for three you died. The dot doesn't even kill you the 3rd or 4th shot killed you dumb dumb. And if you are weak you died so get over it.
