I have an issue with the codes included with my purchased copy of TTK. The game included 3 codes: PS Plus, Year One Expansions, & early access to weapon packs. When I insert the disc I am unable to participate in any TTK content - they show up as locked urging me to purchase TTK. I attempted to redeem the codes, but the Year One expansion code shows "already redeemed" while the weapon pack code redeemed with no issues. Allow me to add that this is not my first purchase, I have already purchased the Collectors Edition TTK for PS3. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
