Connection based matchmaking!
First of all im not sure if its on yet BUT since reset i played 6 games on IB with no lag...there were red bars but their lag was minimum to non existant...anyone else noticed the difference?

When I was playing yesterday the only red bars were on my team. Is that a thing?
