Need some advice on asking my friend out, I sit by her in most of my classes so I'll have a ton of opportunities,

If she says "No," then you're good. Again, she may have seen the movie but still answered no. She said no because she's expecting you to ask her out to it. So you say, "Do you want to see it?" Or something more creative. She's gunna say yes, so set up a time, a date, all that shit. Keep talking after that too, don't end the conversation after asking her out. If she says "Yeah, but I could see it again," then you're still good. Act the same as you would if she said no. Trust me, this works 110% of the time. It's a foolproof method. Oh, and if you don't have a car of your own, [b][i]WHATEVER THE -blam!- YOU DO, WHATEVER YOU DO DO [u]NOT[/u][/i][/b] get your mom to drive you two there or some shit. I'm not a chick, I'm also not a basement slouch like some comments below would suggest. Gaming is just my hobby. Be yourself, it does work. But you want to break the ice. Write a note about how you feel. Keep it sweet, girls like sweets. And give it to her. The worst that could happen is you guys stay friends. It's important to come to terms that with people, you won't always get what you want but you will always miss 100% of chances you don't take. I'd find it very hard for this girl to be rupulsed by an innocent, sweet letter that compliments her beauty through your eyes... It's in your efforts you need to be yourself

Tell her u like her, don't ask her out on the spot, but be sure to complement her a lot for a while before u do cause first off that needs to happen more and it means a lot to them. Then tell her u like her if she is a good friend then if she doesn't like u back u will stay friends

Ok, well, from experience, ive learned that when you have a crush on a friend, the best way is to just tell them. An opportunity will present itself, when she says "who do you like?" Or something, just tell her. At worst shell just say she doesnt like you like that and thats that, or shell say she likes you back. Trust me, ive been through this

You don't need only girls for this. First you want to flirt a little. If she shows any clear indication of interest ask her out right there. If not then just be nice and show her kindness and any kind of chivalry you have. Girls find that generally flattering. Even something as simple as holding open a door for her or even her friends. Then just hangout and have the friendship progress a bit but not to far. You don't want to get friendzoned. Now I wish I could help more but I am not adept with dating except with well for lack of better words fairly odd people. You may want to ask any older siblings or even your parents for better advice. After all they were in your shoes at one point.

Despite being some corny cliché answer, being yourself is actually one of the most practical methods. Main reason is because unless you're just looking for a short term thing, you'll either spend way too much effort maintaining your made up persona or you'll get tired of it and she'll end up seeing the real you anyways. It's not always like the movies where they giggle and find it quirky and like you more, they prob won't be happy that you were lying about who you were or that you're different than before.
