3 RespuestasSure if Microsoft wanna milk more of Destiny like how they're doing with Halo. XD

I think Bethesda would make destiny better. Seriously, they make open world games for a living. Destiny would of had content out the ass at launch lasting you till November!

This is not a biased viewpoint from a Playstation owner, this is just a guess on what would happen if Bungie went with Microsoft: If Bungie were to go with Microsoft, it would probably be an Xbox exclusive. This wouldn't be good for Bungie as Destiny would only make half as much as it could with both Xbox and Playstation.
-
I don't think you guys understand how Bungie's contract with Activision works. Bungie makes the game, and Activision sets the prices. Activision would ONLY become involved with content creation if Bungie wanted to create content that was not explicitly defined in the contract. Ultimately, Bungie would have made the same game no matter what company they were funded by, although it's blatantly obvious that if they had stuck with Microsoft then the game would have never been available on Playstation. A couple more things to remember: according to an article by Kotaku, the reason why Destiny was abruptly reworked in late 2013 was because the original layout of the game designed and planned by Joe Staten, who was the lead developer at the time, was rejected by Bungie's, yes, BUNGIE'S head management group. The new layout, which is the game we are playing today, is what was designed after Joe Staten had quit Bungie, and Luke Smith had taken over as the lead developer. Also, as a side note, microtransactions was Bungie's idea, not Activision's

16 RespuestasHow would going with the least powerful hardware this generation make the game better?
-
The only good thing that would have happened if they stayed with Microsoft is that destiny would be 60fps and have dedicated servers.
-
No. If the Kotaku article is true then it would be the same game. Not to mention the fact that if they had went with Microsoft it would be a Halo game still and Destiny wouldn't exist at all.
-
Destiny would be better because every good idea they made woudnt be -blam!-ed up and thrown away by Activision
-
I hunk you're asking the wrong question. The real question is would destiny be better without activision. The answer is yes.
-
It would be better if they went with literally anybody but Activision.

2 RespuestasIf bungie would of stick with Microsoft, this game would be called. Halotopia

1 RespuestaThese xbox fanboys are so selfish. I love how you defend Microsoft with your kitty paws for no benefit.
-
1 RespuestaBlizzard would've been the best. Omg!
-
If they were still with Microsoft, they would still be running Halo into the ground, just like what Activision is doing with CoD..

11 RespuestasEditado por milesi564: 1/16/2016 3:25:57 PMPost invalid. Sony has no input in the game. They just pay for exclusives. If you are referring to Microsoft over Activision. No. It would be the same
-
Exactly how would it be different??
-
Doesn't make a difference
-
Uhm. How would it be any different?
-
Can you repeat the question?
-
5 RespuestasHow would it be better? Sony just funds them ya -blam!-nut.
-
3 RespuestasBungie is the developer, correct? Activision is the publisher? Sony is just the money? They gave a boat load more than Microsoft. So how would they do more with less money?
-
Imagine them with Blizzard... would be so awesome
