Petition to Infuse all year 1 Legendary Gear.
We should be able to Infuse our VoC gear,Crota Gear and our old IB gear. Any year 1 gear should be able to have it's light level increased. Sign and let Bungie know that we want this to happen. Edit: Thank you all for the support. They definitely need to do this. I personally loved my VoG gear and the Old Iron Banner gear. I don't see the problem why they just don't allow us to Infuse this gear. It would definitely make Guardians stand out.

If not weapons then at LEAST gear. PLEASE BUNGIE. It would make running other content fun and relevant again. It would make our guardians truly look different from one another.

1 RespuestaI'll bump. However, I do not feel like the focus should be 100% on this issue. I feel as if most of the fun in an mmo type game is the grind for new gear. So maybe if after every expansion, they have a 1-2 month gateway where infusion is not possible for pre-expansion gear in order to allow everyone to become accustom to the new stuff. Then after the gate, open the ability to infuse things just in case you tried the new stuff and didn't like it. It would give people something to anticipate, and it would also let you feel cool in your NEW armor for a short period before everyone went back to the vog gear.

How about this......I know it won't happen BUT!!! We ran the grind gauntlet for a year, acquiring so much cool stuff, composing load outs and armor combinations for every situation...reforged weapons until we had rolls we wanted..... So know you propose what I, and many others did before TTK was out, when we knew our old stuff would be exiled...to even further perpetuate the grind? NO NO NO!!!!!! ANY AND EVERY YEAR 1 legendary and exotic in our inventories and vaults, that we've ALREADY SPENT COUNYLESS HOURS TO MAX be patched to 320!!!! We've put in the time, we've stuck with this broken and error filled atrocity of a poor excuse for a game.....it's time they recognise and reward the veterans that have made them almost billionaires, put in 1000's of hours EACH to make Destiny what Bungie calls a success... It's time we get a thank you instead of an F YOU... And for all the negative Nancies......NO IT WON'T BREAK THE GAME. Snipers, last word and thorn already run rampant in crucible trials and iron banner. There is no reason what so ever that all the cool dusty loot stowed away in our vaults can be used in year 2 AND BEYOND!!!

It would be cool, Y2 weapons are rubbish compared to the classics. Just wish I kept some of them but vault space was at a premium back then lol

1 RespuestaThis would be a incentive for year 2 players to play the currently obsoleted raids. I am all for it. I still have all my year 1 raid gear and weapons in the vault.

3 RespuestasYes, but make a limit, say 280 so that we still need year 2 gear for the raid or any end game content. And get rid of elemental primairies.

4 RespuestasMore fun to re-earn gear that is more balanced towards PvE. I'd be fine if they just had rotating vendor stock through year 1 weapons/armor and brought up the raids for us to claim the rewards again, except in year 2.
