I was playing some Vault of Glass tonight helping some friends out doing the NTtE bounty. When we got to the Gorgons lair I noticed something. The Gorgons look like they are taken! I find this extremely interesting having read through the Book of Sorrows several times. The parts where Crota accidently lets in a bunch of Vex and they start trying to study and learn the hives powers. I'd be really interested to hear some of you lore experts theories and ideas about this. Could there really be something to it or is it just Bungie being lazy and reusing the texture? Anybody with any links to posts or info regarding this topic would also be greatly appreciated.
