Ummm how exactly?
How is making it more difficult for terrorists to get into the country letting them "win"?
Be honest with yourself for once and admit you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
Edit: a Freudian slip was in the title, now fixed
Edit 2: to anyone who might say "do unto others", I sure as hell don't expect free handouts if America was taken over by terrorists. You can bet your ass I'd stay here and fight to the end to defend the flag and its citizens. The first day a civil war breaks out I'd be the first one in the recruiting station. I ain't no bitch who makes other countries deal with my country's problems.
Edit3: to people saying " it'll make them hate us for not letting them in!!!". If all it takes for them to hate us is a simple no, they were never peaceful enough to live here.

How could you not hate a country that kicked you out for practicing a nonviolent religion? 3. It violates their rights. Everybody (in the USA) has the right to practice their religion freely without persecution unless they are infringing on the rights of another. Persecuting people simply because .00000001% are terrorists is completely ridiculous and violates the 1st amendment. You should not be punished if you did nothing wrong. The point of terrorism is to instill fear in us. If we are so scared we bar 1/3 of the world from our country, then they win since they got us to turn against our own morals simply out of fear.
