Hi,
I've been playing Destiny for some time now. My son has just started to take an interest, and has been playing it using my PSN profile. He has a PSN profile of his own, which has his genuine age on it and it's setup as a sub-account of mine. My son is under 13 and even though I've disabled all the PS4 parental controls, he still can't play Destiny using his profile.
Do you have a policy which blocks users below a certain age from playing Destiny?
I appreciate that this is a PEGI16 game and I'm just trying to confirm where the blocker is that is stopping him from playing using his account, whether it's at the Destiny server level, or something in the PSN/SEN environment which is doing this. I want to understand how this works.
Thanks
Mike

2 RespuestasHi M_ikey_C, Are you seeing any error codes when the account tries to log in? You may want to contact PlayStation Support to try to resolve this issue.

It's all really a personal preference. IMO he is old enough to play destiny. Let's say for example if it was rated M he would have to be 18 to purchase destiny. What would fix your problem is if you could set your PS4 as your primary console.
