I agree
Here's my reason
Gunslinger can now 1 shot a hammer and a hammer can 1 shot a gunslinger but there's a problem... The golden gun has no travel time and shoots in a straight path while the hammer has travel time and arc
This means that a good gunslinger will kill and good sunbreaker every single time
So yeah, give back health

But wait, there's more! Golden gun bullets don't have travel time? So all of a sudden these magical golden bullets just appear where you aim and then pull the trigger? They just magically appear without traveling, they don't physically leave the gun and travel to where you're aiming and fired? Yes, they have travel time. Everything that moves have travel time. It just so happens that bullets are a little faster than someone throwing a flaming hammer. To say that GG bullets don't have travel time is just wrong. It may just be that it's too fast for you to understand what's going on or what happened I should say.
-
Ok dumbass They have a travel time of .0000000000002 seconds When you pull the trigger, the bullet will hit the target, there is no travel time in destiny More real life games like battlefield have travel time
-
Editado por GHOST 9o5: 12/29/2015 7:14:34 AMHe's right though. They have travel time, it's just really really fast. Nah I joke our shit is HITSCAN.
-
Editado por Algebruhaic: 12/25/2015 4:11:43 AMSo..... Which is it? There is travel time of .0000000000002 seconds? Which isn't accurate at all. Or there isn't? And really? Name calling? At least think of something remotely clever. And really? Every time I pull the trigger, my bullet will hit? Where was this all those times I missed from a large distance because my bullet had to travel said distance and my target had already moved because my bullet took too long to get where I was aiming. Oops. Travel time.
-
That's not travel time Wow you are misinformed What you're experiencing is called the effective range... Duh
-
If you say so. Little scenario for you. You're throwing a tennis ball at someone that is moving in a direction. There's some considerable distance between you but you're still going to try and hit him with it. You throw it, and it's moving in a straight path. You miss. From point A to point B the ball traveled a certain distance over a certain time. Some people call that velocity. Point being the ball has travel time.
-
Obviously there is travel time in real life you moron Destiny is a video game
-
So just because it's a video game, that means things that are programmed in it don't have travel time. You're making your character move, time is still passing. You're still technically moving a certain distance. There are even distance markers that tell you how far or close you are. And you're telling me that just because it's a video game, there is automatically nothing as "travel time" in it.
-
Holy hell you are dumb
-
Editado por Algebruhaic: 12/31/2015 1:00:05 AMWhen all you have to say is holy hell and throw childish insults, I know I've been wasting my time. Or maybe I just understand certain concepts and ideas on a different level than you. Who knows.
-
Clearly you don't know what you're talking about when you compare travel time of bullets in real life to a video game..
-
Editado por Algebruhaic: 12/31/2015 1:12:18 AMThat's not at all what I did. I'm just trying to make you understand that GG bullets do have travel time. Even if it's just a video game. You said in your OP post that hammers have travel time. You also said that one moves in a straight path and the other arcs. You're just contradicting yourself. Just how the hammer is thrown by the Titan and moves from his hand to the target it's aiming at, a GG bullet is fired from the gun and moves to where the gun is aimed. It's all the same. Except that one happens to move a certain distance a lot faster. Or the time it takes to travel a certain distance. I never said something a simple as, " oh well real guns have travel time so then this does too" No. I would never say that because that doesn't justify my reasoning. Just how you can justify your claim that Golden gun bullets don't have travel time.
-
You are comparing real world physics to Destiny physics um......I got nothing
-
But is Destiny not part of the real world.
-
Dude, it's ok to go outside.
-
Completely irrelevant.
-
When you say destiny is the real world... you need to get some fresh air son.
-
Editado por Algebruhaic: 12/31/2015 1:17:51 AMI never said that Destiny is the real world. All I asked was, " Is destiny not part of our real world?" You misunderstand my question. Is the game disc you bought not real? Is the money you used to buy it on your console not real. Is the TV that you play on not real, are the animations that you see and control not real either? And come on, you've told me to go outside twice already, either that was some petty attempt to get your lame joke to be recognized or you simply just aren't original enough to come up with any original ideas. And what is "Destiny Physics"?
You are comparing real world physics to Destiny physics um......I got nothing
-
You win.
-
I gave you a sarcastic answer Sure there may be a very very small amount of travel time but nobody would ever notice it because you see the damage come up or the bullet register right as you pull the trigger
-
So then this makes your original post irrelevant.
-
Twilight garrison. Problem solved.
-
But that uses an exotic slot. Most Sunbreakers like to use Immolation Fists for the explosive power (especially now after the nerf) and forcing them to use an exotic slot while Hunters and Warlocks get it from a perk in their tree feels unfair. The extra armor made up for that pre-nerf, and that's really the only thing that made them OP. With its current state, the original armor would make them more viable again. Argue if you will, but keep it civil and mature.

Sunbreakers super lasts over twice the duration of golden gun. T also doesn't need to hit the target directly to kill as the splash damage is still substantial. You can also throw as many as 7 hammers compared to a gunslingers 3.
