Isn't an exotic a guaranteed drop after the first Vanguard Heroic Strike run after weekly reset? It shows up in the rewards list in the Director (only for my first run), but I've not had one drop in several weeks. I thought maybe it was because I was popping a 3oC before the strike, and that was overriding the guaranteed drop, but I just tried without one and still didn't get an exotic drop.
